Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services, all consulting fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

Services are considered “begun” when any of the following occur:

• A consulting session is scheduled or conducted

• Preparation, strategy development, or review work has started

• Access to materials, frameworks, or intellectual property is provided

Missed or unused sessions are not eligible for refunds.

2. Digital Products & Materials

 

​All sales of digital products, downloads, templates, frameworks, or educational materials are final.

​

Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content:

• No refunds

• No exchanges

• No cancellations

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

If a consulting session requires rescheduling, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.

​

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund, at our discretion.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

​

Refunds or credits may be considered in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of 555 Consulting. Any exceptions must be confirmed in writing and do not establish precedent for future refunds.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

​

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of services and access to materials.

We reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors demonstrating delivery of services or materials.

6. Policy Updates

​

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
